I'm based in San Diego, California and I am available for one on one personal training sessions in your home, virtual or location of your preference. I emphasize proper exercise techniques to improve function and strength. I can help you with weight loss, strength training, sports performance, flexibility, injury prevention and posture correction. I'm certified by the NSCA and NASM.
I've always been an active person. I grew up playing sports and always wanted to improve my performance. I learned to train and condition my body from a young age. This led me to my BS in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire where I played Division 1 soccer. I also have a black belt in Kempo. I enjoy strength training, cycling, martial arts and hiking.
